Stylish 1BR near lake and Opera (Flower 52)

Great all around.

Positive: The apartment is in a very nice location. It is very practical and well equipped, so you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back. very clean, there are two bathrooms and two toilets, it is very convenient, two large terraces, it is very convenient and beautiful.

Positive: EVERYTHING is exceptional with this apartment. I have stayed more than 50 different properties in Zurich area in last 3 years, due to my every week work and this apartment falls in top 3. Superb in every sense except one (INTERNET). Negative: INTERNET speed is not good (as its ethernet connection due to infra is not available and its not a fault of owner or managing agency), for text msg and low bandwidth jobs, its ok but not good for work. This is the only catch. I would have LOVE to rebook again and again BUT due to internet, would hesistate. Yes, for vacations when internet is not that important, 100% rebook.

Great appartment in a great location! Positive: Excellent location and apartment. Everything we needed was there. Spacious apartment. Cosy furnishings. Presence of shower and bath are great. Nice spacious fridge and freezer. The kitchen is also fully equipped. Everything is modern and in order. Lots of storage space. We could stay here for a long time. We would like to stay here again. Negative: The hygiene could be a bit better. There were still hairs from previous people on the bed and in the bathroom. Tablets in the kitchen and the table in the living room were still a bit sticky. The mattress was too hard for us. But still, we would stay here again because overall this place is great and has everything to have a good stay!!

Kuschelige, sauber und ruhige, komfortable und sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Positive: Sehr ruhig, gute Matratze, erholsam und sehr gut geschlafen. Die Reklamationen und unser Wunsch nach 2. Schlüssel wurde freundlich und prompt erledigt. Negative: Ausstattung der Küche wurde wohl nicht kontrolliert: es waren nur kleine Wassergläser vorhanden. Keine Teekanne, keine Weingläser. TV und WLAN: keine Anleitung für den Fernseher (2 Fernbedienungen, Fernseher war von vorherigen Gästen total verstellt, Techniker kam allerdings prompt, als wir reklamiert haben.)
